Information in service inquiries
When you call or submit the service request form, you may provide your name, telephone number, service ZIP code or address, appliance brand and model, and a description of the problem. This information is used to respond, arrange service and communicate about the work. Do not provide payment information through an unrequested message or website URL.
Website operation
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and security services may process technical request data, such as an IP address, browser details and requested URLs, to deliver and protect the website. Service request forms are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to our service inbox at freedombreezehvac@gmail.com. FormSubmit processes submitted information to deliver and protect the form; its documentation states that submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days.
Telephone and map links open services outside this website. Those services have their own privacy practices. The site prepares interaction events for phone-link clicks and service requests in the current browser page. These events exclude names, telephone numbers, ZIP codes and message contents. No Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics tag is installed at this time, and these events are not transmitted to those services.
